[HH#138438] Problem with specifying new domain

Username: shakib, Server: Tommy, Main domain: heidelberg-dict.heliohost.org

Dear Sir or Madam,

I added a domain but deleted it afterwards, but I want to add this domain

again but unfortunately it does not work and I get this message:

(XID zvz762) A DNS entry for the domain "

shakib-rahimi.heidelberg-dict.heliohost.org" already exists.

But i can not find a DNS entry for it

What should I do now?

My Username is "shakib".

And i want to add the domain: shakib-rahimi.ir

The domain shakib-rahimi.fr has been cleaned up. Go ahead and try adding it again now.

Thank you for your answer, I have tried again to add the domain, but still

I get the same error.
