wolstech Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 MVC requires admin involvement beyond just enabling the .NET support, though I'm not sure exactly what is required. Our root admin Krydos is the one who handles these requests. Also, please be aware that you will receive a faster response on the forums for this request, as we are unable to escalate email tickets.

wolstech Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 What does it say when you try? You'll need to post in customer service, and we don't restrict posting in there unless you're flagged for spam. You should also be able to create a new forum account if you need to as well. What's your forum username and I can check your account for you.
