wolstech Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 All Johnny accounts are intentionally archived due to scheduled maintenance and cannot be restored at this time. Please see https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33812-johnny-maintenance/ If you're a donor, we can restore it on a different server if you wish. If you want to download the content for free, see this topic: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33871-johnny-backups/
mickeyme Posted September 2, 2019 Author Posted September 2, 2019 My account is still archived. Please restore it. Thank you.
Flaze Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
wolstech Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Wow, this somehow got missed and was bumped over a year later Unarchiving...
Sn1F3rt Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 @wolstech: You see this user alanbald PMed me requesting his account to be unsuspended. I can't reply from my mobile do you see to it.
Sn1F3rt Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Umm..I would have asked him to create a topic but I'm on mobile and can't reply back. Maybe he thought I'm someone authoritative here.. Hahaha... Maybe my style of posting makes people think that, cuz this has happened in the past as well. Also, it seems Johnny is offline now, so it won't be possible to unarchive both at the moment.
wolstech Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Johnny is actually up (at least enough that SSH is still connected...), but these taking forever due to Johnny being extremely overloaded. Mickeyme has been hung restoring a 400+MB homedir for an hour and I haven't even started the second one.
Sn1F3rt Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 So that's the reason why Johnny didn't turn up for me... It just didn't load but never showed any error or anything if that sort, you know. Also, I checked immediately then, the monitor at the bottom of the page in main website showed the cross mark, indicating Johnny couldn't be indexed.

May I know if you would be able to clear/delete/reset all the data and give my account in Johnny a clean start?
