If it's a PHP script or the like, yes you can. I would not recommend doing so on Johnny though, his performance is terrible and your users will have a hard time using it.

 

You should try to get a Ricky or Tommy account at midnight UTC if you want to host something that would require numerous users to be online at the same time.
