[HH#579690] registration invitation to tommy server failed

hello heliohost,yesterday i made a donation and then after 1 hour i get invitation email to register to tommy server. the i follow the link given to me.

after following some steps, they tell me to wait because my account is being made, after a while i check it again and my account is not created, in fact all those steps i follow before like never happen at all, so i tried to click the invitation email again and its already expired.

how can i make account for tommy server?
