Krydos Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Since you picked the Johnny server this can happen sometimes. Johnny is our experimental server which means he can experience high load frequently. When the load is high the login process can time out resulting in a failed login. If you look at this image http://www.heliohost.org/load/server_load_j.gif it will let you know the currently load. 10 or below should mean the server is working well. Anything above 10 or if it says down means that the server is experiencing high load. If you wish to have a faster server that doesn't experience these levels of load we recommend switching to Ricky or Tommy.
