Hello, I am a user from Brazil. I want to register my domain in the hosting

"HelioHost". However, when I tried to perform in "Registro.Br" I received

the message "DNS Master Server: Search refused" When contacting the staff

of RegistroBr I was informed the following: "Dear Mr, In order for the

change to take place successfully, the new servers Must be preconfigured

for the domain. The 'Search refused' error indicates that the the

consultation, but refused to respond " Therefore, I would like you to

configure the domain for my hosting: "enterone.com.br". Regards, Bryan

Registro.br does things backwards from everyone else in the world. They require the nameservers to be configured prior to changing the nameservers of the domain. No other registrar in the world requires this. In order to add a registro.br domain you have to change your account's main domain using https://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain Once your main domain is changed you should be able to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org at registro.br website. Also if you could encourage them to change their backwards policy we would appreciate it. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
