I want to register my domain in the hosting"HelioHost". However, when I tried to perform in "Registro.Br" I receivedthe message "DNS Master Server: Search refused" When contacting the staffof RegistroBr I was informed the following: "Dear Mr, In order for thechange to take place successfully, the new servers Must be preconfiguredfor the domain. The 'Search refused' error indicates that the theconsultation, but refused to respond " Therefore, I would like you toconfigure the domain for my hosting: "enterone.com.br". Regards, Bryan
Krydos Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Registro.br does things backwards from everyone else in the world. They require the nameservers to be configured prior to changing the nameservers of the domain. No other registrar in the world requires this. In order to add a registro.br domain you have to change your account's main domain using https://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain Once your main domain is changed you should be able to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org at registro.br website. Also if you could encourage them to change their backwards policy we would appreciate it. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
