Error (XID x68mdc)

Hi,

 

I got the following error when trying to create a new addon domain (dulleshsa.tk) in cPanel:

 

A DNS entry for “dulleshsa.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

The cPanel forum says to execute the script /scripts/killdns domain.com to fix the issue but I'm assuming that's something only a root admin can do. Please help.

I can't find any DNS entries for this domain. Are you still getting this error?

No, I am no longer getting the error. I think there was a bit of a delay for some reason. I was initially transferring the domain from another provider, but the two others I transferred worked fine the first time. I only got the error with this one. Thank you for looking into it, though.
