Actually, never mind. I can wait.

Do you have like 2 forum accounts?

EDIT: and probably 2 hosting accounts.

EDIT 2: Nope, just one shared hosting account.

Do you have 2 hosting accounts? If so, you're violating the terms of service. You're only allowed one account.

Please delete one of the accounts within 24 hours or both will get suspended.

Wait, no!

I do not have any other. But there is someone who shares a domain with me. - (When I asked where he hosted his subdomain on icnsoft.org he said it was Heliohost too)

It's not because our two domains end with *.icnsoft.org that we are one person. (And I changed the main domain afterwards)

Anyway sorry

If you really want to we'll share the same account

@flazepe

I was referring someone called 'icnsofto'

In any case, cPanel allows to create several accounts as subdomains of a domain owned by someone else on another account if these two accounts were created under the same WHM account.

Therefore I and 'icnsofto' could have two separate accounts on the same domain.

Even after this, am I still in violation?

That's what I was confused by! I remembered someone by the name of "icnsofto" when I saw the domain.

I don't think so. Also, the owner of the account could have access to your files, right?

Yes we share a domain name which is ICNSoft.org

However, I assure you I do not have control over his files nor he has control over my files.

With this cPanel functionality, this is how web hosts can give free subdomains at their whim without compromising the others.

It's even simpler.

My account is on Tommy. (I changed my domain name later to prevent further confusion)

His account is on Ricky.

And we still share the domain name.

We never associated icnsoft.org to Heliohost's nameservers. We had our own DNS server

It will no longer be a problem. 'icnsofto' decided he will pay for premium hosting, now I am the only one.
