I tried resetting my password, but I still can not login in, even after reset. What could be wrong?(I have logged in numerous times before and my site was running for a few weeks as well) Ytpo
wolstech Posted May 3, 2018 Posted May 3, 2018 Johnny crashed. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/32759-johnny-backups/ During one of the up periods seen here http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ , you should make a backup, then if you wish, move to Tommy or Ricky. Both servers are for more stable and reliable than Johnny anyway.
