[HH#848472] Domain

Username: spellmin, Server: Tommy, Main domain: spellmin.heliohost.org

 

Hi, I am trying to add back my doing http://payne.ml onto my account but

for some reason it says that there is already an A record on the dns, I am

thinking it may have been one of my accounts from the past that I had used

and was wondering if you could help me by allowing me to re-add it on, here

is a photo of some sort of ownership proof

That domain is already associated with an inactive user account with the username thevpste. The domain needs to be removed from that account before it can be added to Tommy. Since you've moved to Tommy, you should delete that account anyway since you're only allowed one account.

 

To delete that account, you first need to renew it: https://www.heliohost.org/renew/, then once renewed, delete it: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
