Krydos Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 It looks like you picked the Johnny server. This is our highest load server, and when the load is really high the login process can timeout and give the invalid login message. This might be what is happening for you. It's best to try to log in when the load is low. You can check the load at http://www.heliohost.org/load/server_load_j.gif Anything less than 15 or so is good. Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in even when the load is low.
