wolstech Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 That IP address is not blocked. Did this actually give you a block message, or is it just timing out? If the latter, it's more likely that your work is what's blocking it. Many corporate networks don't allow traffic on certain ports required for cPanel to function. conspira Posted April 7, 2018 Author Share Posted April 7, 2018 The ipblock.jpg shows what appears when I login in heliohost.org.The timedout.jpg shows the error when I try to access my site. If you are blocked, the system has already unblocked you on its own or it failed to add you to the list when you got blocked (making it so I can't see your block). The unknown reason means you got a block for DoS. Odds are it was nothing you did, Johnny is facing an ongoing DoS attack that makes his firewall hypersensitive.
