wolstech Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 Usually it's caused by using the wrong link to sign in. If you're using a link that ends in .html, it will NOT count as having logged in. The only valid links are https://heliohost.org/login/ and https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (be sure there's nothing after the 2083/ if you use this one, the cpanel URL often gets paths appended that end in .html and won't count).
