When I try to log in, it says it does not exist, but if I try to create anaccount again it doesn't let me choose that user name. thanks,
wolstech Posted February 17, 2018 Posted February 17, 2018 There is no hosting account with that username, but there is a forum account with that username, which is why that username cannot be reused. If that forum account is yours, please post from it to prove you own it, and I can rename it so the username can be reused for a new hosting account.
