Cannot Create Add On Domain

I want to add "23creative.xyz" as my addon domain. But when I try to add this domain "23creative.xyz" as an addon domain it shows the message (XID fx8hwf) The domain “23creative.xyz” already exists in the Apache configuration.

 

However, the domain "23creative.xyz" is not appearing in the addon domain list. 

 

How to proceed with addon domain?? please solve this problem and reply.

This happens sometimes on Johnny because he's so overloaded. You wouldn't have this issue if you were on Ricky or Tommy. Try creating the subdomain 23creative.myhoebbiet.heliohost.org then check the addon domains page. If your addon domain shows up that means it's good and the domain should start working within 12 hours. If it doesn't show up let us know and we can take a closer look.
