Hello,

 

I want to add an addon domain (np-webdesign.ga) but everytime I try to do so, I get the error:

(XID 5cw7bh) A DNS entry for the domain "np-webdesign.np-webdesign.heliohost.org" already exists.

 

What can be the problem and how to fix this so I can add my new domain name.

 

Also my website http://np-webdesign.heliohost.org is down the whole day ...

Can you fix that too please?

Go to the subdomains page in cpanel and delete np-webdesign.np-webdesign.heliohost.org, or you could also just choose a different subdomain on the addon domains page.

http://np-webdesign.heliohost.org/ is working for me. You picked the Johnny server so you can't expect high uptime. If you want a fast server with less downtime we recommend Ricky or Tommy.
