I have not been constant in logging in to maintain theaccount and I tried to renew the account today, as advised in the lastemail I got from you, but it says neither my email nor username exists/Please how can I recover my account? I do not have backups of the website Ihosted with you.Please help so I can at least download the website files.Thank you.

That's actually why we're doing a fundraiser to purchase more storage space. https://www.gofundme.com/heliohosts-lily-server-and-storage-increase Once we get that purchased and installed we likely won't have to delete any accounts for years, but since the servers are full right now we delete the oldest unused accounts when we need space for new accounts. Right now the oldest account on Johnny is from 2017-10-16. If you last logged in in April your account has been deleted for months. You'll just need to create a new account and restore from the most recent backup you downloaded.
