HelioHost Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 Username: chinna89, Server: Johnny, Main domain: chinna89.heliohost.org thank you its working actually its was a small mistake sorry for that. thank you. what are the nameservers of heliohost? or how to add my old domain to heliohost site? or how to replace my primary domain name to my existing domain?
Luigi123 Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 Our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.orgns2.heliohost.org
wolstech Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 Once you set the nameservers, be sure to add the domain in cPanel. Add it as an Alias to make it show the same content as your heliohost.org subdomain. Add it under Addon domains if you want it to show different content. After that, wait 12 hours and clear your cache. Please note that if you choose an Addon domain, they sometimes fail to create properly on Johnny (you'll know because it won't appear in the list and may give you an error about it already being in the Apache configuration). If this happens to you, please let us know and we'll provide instructions to fix it.

wolstech Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 The queued page will go away when setup is complete. The domain will show your site's content, simply don't give out the HelioHost.org domain if you don't want to use it. There is a way to get rid of it entirely, but we generally recommend you don't in case something goes wrong with your own domain.
