wolstech Posted December 18, 2017 Share Posted December 18, 2017 (edited) For additional FTP accounts on Johnny, you need to use johnny.heliohost.org as the hostname, and connection type is Plain FTP (insecure) on port 21, and the username will be suffixed @ cpanel username. (ftpusername@steenber.heliohost.org). FTPS (FTP over explicit TLS) is not supported on Johnny, and SFTP will only accept your cPanel account credentials. Unblocked again.
