HelioHost Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Username: ebeliy, Server: Tommy, Main domain: lawandfiction.net Hello, I believe my account was suspended due to inactivity(?). If that is thecase can it please be reactivated? Account name "ebeliy," email "eugenebeliy@gmail.com." Domain: lawandfiction.net. Please not I have not been getting inactivity emails. Did you guys stopsending those? Also can you please notify me if it counts as "logging intocpanel" if I just log to check my notifications? Or do I have to dosomething substantive and click on links within cPanel? Thank you
Krydos Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Your account is active and functioning for me. If your domain is showing the inactive or suspended page please clear your browser cache. When your account gets a couple days from expiring you should receive an email fron no-reply@heliohost.org explaining what to do to prevent your account from being suspended for inactivity. If you fail to react to that email you will receive one more email at the exact moment that your website is taken offline. We recommend logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ to make sure your logins count. Some try to log in with a url that looks like tommy.heliohost.org/.../index.html and that won't work. The reason it doesn't work is because the link ends with .html and we can't update the database from a static .html file. Sorry for the inconvenience.
HelioHost Posted December 11, 2017 Author Posted December 11, 2017 Thanks yeah it was inactivity. I will keep a closer eye on the emails but Icould swear I did not get one. I'll log in through the non .html link nexttime. Cheers,Eugene On Sun, Dec 10, 2017 at 11:03 AM, Heliohost Support wrote: > Your account is active and functioning for me.
