I also don't use softaculus and site software. Please remove these too. Also If I created an alias domain xxx.com from xxx.net, and redirects all traffic from xxx.net, www.xxx.net and xxx.com to www.xxx.com, what will happen to metrics? Bailey Posted November 4, 2017 Posted November 4, 2017 They cant remove things like that from your cPanel, just dont use it. And about the domain, I think you would have to ask Krydos or someone. Though I think it should work, just not as expected all the time.
Krydos Posted November 4, 2017 Posted November 4, 2017 Webmail, softaculous, and site software aren't actually installed on your account. They're installed on the entire server. Removing them would remove them from everyone's account and there are definitely people who use them even if you don't. Alias domains and addon domains don't show up in metrics. Whatever your main domain is and whatever your subdomain of your addon domain is will show up though.
