[Hh#56079] Nameserver Problems

I got this error while adding my alias domain

 

the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server.

 

Do we have to use the ns provided by heliohost? Can we use ns.he.net?

Yes, using our nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) proves that you own the domain. Once you have the domain set up and working you may switch to another dns provider. The most common dns to switch to is cloudflare.
