[Hh#37664] Addon Domain Failure

Dear Heliohost Support,

 

 

 

I have a problem with an Addon Domain.

 

In the list of the CPanel interface the Addon Domain "itmate.tk" is not listed, but when I try to add this domain I get this error:"(XID ugttq6) The domain" itmate.tk" already exists in the Apache configuration.".

Yes, this is normal. Im guessing you are on Johnny, which is a experimental server, so very slow due to its high load. If you wish for everything to work smoothly 24/7 I recommend Tommy.

 

Anyway regarding your domain, it failed halfway through the process. As its a long process and Johnny has high load times, it often breaks. An admin will be able to fix it for you!

and create the subdomain

 

user.itmate.heliohost.org

 

Let us know if your addon domain show up then on the addon page. Once it does show up it means it will start working within 24 hours.
