HelioHost Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 I signed up for an account yesterday with my gmail account: jessevalley@gmail.com It said it could take a little while to become active, so I would periodically refresh and check, but it still says that my username jcvalley and email are not in the database. Can you help me out?Jesse
Krydos Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 It looks like you picked the Johnny server, and your account failed to create due to a server error. There was no problem with the information you entered. I requeued your account for you, and this time it created successfully. You should now be able to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and your website http://jessevalley.heliohost.org/ should start working within 24 hours.
