wolstech Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 What happens when you try to delete it at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete ? If it says the password is incorrect, go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 to reset it, then try deleting it again. If you still cannot get this account to delete, please post on the forums using the forum account associated with that hosting account to verify that you're the owner, and I'll remove the account manually.
