The process for becoming a moderator here starts with joining our forums and helping out. We promote users from our forum when we are in need of additional staff and see somebody who actively makes a positive contribution to our community. If you don't have one already, I'd recommend getting a hosting account on Tommy so you can easily learn about all the functionality we have to offer. Johnny would also be an OK place to start, but be aware that the performance is poor and some functions like domain management are prone to bugs due to overloading, so an account there might make for a frustrating learning experience.
