HelioHost Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 I was trying to create a heliohost account on the tommy server. I followed the link i got on my email to create a user 'basilky1' and the site was saying to refresh the page to check whether user creation complete or not.I have waited for more than 15 hours and the status page is now saying "There is no account in our database that matches that username". But again when i try to create an account with same username, the page says basilky1 is unavailable as it is already taken.
