HelioHost Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 Dear heliohost.org, I am trying to sign up (coming from the link in the email I received) and Iam stuck on the set password page because the Next button stays greyed out. I tried a 20 character long password. Without symbol or With symbol. I am said '"It's a great password" But the button stays greyed out. I disabled adblock and disconnect extension in chromium. No changeI tried in firefox with no extension. Still the same. I tried without my VPN. Still the same. I am in the dark right now. And I don't know what's wrong. Thank you

In fact, I was copy pasting the password in the field by middle clicking mymouse (in linux, this is equivalent to a ctrl-V)I am using a password manager (keepassx) and I copy paste passwordgenerated by it to the browser. And it seems your javascript code, only enable the "Next" button whensomething is typed in the password field.So once I typed something and deleted it, I was able to paste my passwordand use the next button. So if you could update your javascript code to detect when there issomething in the field (or if it is clicked ?) instead of waiting forsomething to be typed, that would be awesome and fix that problem for otherpeople.
