HelioHost Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Hello, I could not install an SSL "Let's Encrypt" Certificate for my maindomain esp-diego.mg and subdomains courriel.esp-diego.mg andforum.esp-diego.mg.I always got the following message"The certificate could not be installed on the domain esp-diego.mg.Unknown error"when trying to install it via "CPanel SSL/TLS - Install and Manage SSLfor your site (HTTPS) - Manage SSL sites". Krydos Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 Then the problem might have been that you didn't wait long enough. SSL certificates on Johnny can take up to 24 hours to start working.
