Domain Already Exists In The Apache Configuration.

While adding alias, www.truedigital.me to my heliohost hosting account, im getting this error message:

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias.
 Park::park(www.truedigital.me) failed: (XID 7k4evj)
 The domain “truedigital.me” already exists in the Apache configuration. 

I removed the alias to then, re-enter it again as only the www version of my site was pointing to the heliohost server but not http://truedigital.me address.

 

Before removing the alias, I tried to re set my nameserver to point to ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org but in vain.

It would still not forward http://truedigital.me to http://www.truedigital.me
