HelioHost Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 I dont have pc access as i am away from home. My login wont work.I used to be on server stevie till the crash then moved over to ricky. Nowi am unable to login as i get a message saying details do not exsist. Now when i do create account ricky is "full" so what do i do?
Krydos Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 Ricky is down for maintenance. We recommend creating an account on Tommy or Johnny in the meantime. Tommy domains start working pretty much instantly as soon as the account is created so that's the best option to get your site back online as quickly as possible. Tommy also has better uptime and is faster than Ricky so that's where I would encourage you to create your account. Johnny has unlimited signups per day so it's easy to get an account, but since he's an unstable server there can be a lot of downtime and slowness. Johnny also takes up to 24 hours for new accounts to start working. Let us know if you have any questions or need any help with anything.
