Cannot Access Site/tommy Cpanel/ftp, Timeout Error

After trying to set up a webdisk, it seems ive been blocked from connecting to tommy server as a whole, probably due to too many incorrect password attempts via said webdisk (though the error message stated "no valid folders found")

 

Requesting confirmation and assistance with this issue.
