HelioHost Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Hi I try to enter our cPanel through our HelioHost account. But https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/login/ always gives me:"The waiting time for the connection has expired". Something wrong with the server or what is a solution here? ThanksWouter
Krydos Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 As you can see at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Johnny is working quite well the last few days. It's possible you got blocked though. What IP do you see when you go to https://www.heliohost.org/ip.php ?

Krydos Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 You were blocked for trying to log in with the wrong password too many times. I have removed the block.
