[Hh#84141] Unable To Login

Hello,

 

I have a hosting account with HelioHost. I am unable to login from the home

page past couple of days. I get a 'Invalid Login' error. I go on to reset

the password. Using the new password also results in the same error.

 

Secondly, my websites are hosted in the Ricky server and it is inaccessible

since 2 days. I posted this question on your Facebook messenger where I was

told that Ricky is not stable yet since its a new server and yet to be fine

tuned. I was recommended to move over to Tommy server. I hope I can make

this switch after logging in to the account.

 

Please look into this.
