HelioHost Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Hi! I've run into an issue that I didn't realise I had. Apparently, abouta year ago my account was deactivated and I had completely forgotten toreactivate it until now. I tried using the reactivation link in the lastemail that was sent to me but it seems to be invalid now. Is it at allpossible for me to still recover my account? My account username is"Rorroh". Thank you! - Jay
Krydos Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Your account was located on Johnny, and the last time you logged in was 2016-03-06 which was 470 days ago. Since the last time you logged in a lot has happened with Johnny. On September 20th 2016, after a bunch of crashes, we announced that Johnny was being put into backup only mode. This meant that websites, and php, and mysql, and cpanel, and everything was shut down and we only ran ftp so people could download their backups. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ After 79 days of providing backups to all Johnny users we wiped Johnny completely of all remaining data and rebuilt him. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26727-johnnys-rebirth/ If you didn't retrieve your backup during that 79 day window you'll have to use whatever backups you already have. If you would like to recreate your website you can create a new account at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ Let us know if you need any help with anything.
