[Hh#16129] Postgresql Access From Remote Address

I recently started using HelioHost services and I get the same error described here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/28141-solved-request-to-connect-remotely-to-postgresql/

 

Could you please enable remote access for me? The name of the database is "tpimh_test" and the database user is "tpimh_user".
