I asked my VPS provider to reinstall a fresh OS because the files I was using were for testing purposes and the person requested 3 Bitcoins ($8500) to decrypt them, which wasn't worth it all. My website recently (coldwin.heliohost.org) started giving Internal error messages and I deleted everything in public_html and mysql databases and users. The problem now is that I don't know if the person still has access to my cPanel through HelioHost, I can't see IP logs either so I would like to request a fresh installation of my cPanel on HelioHost. Please help ASAP! Thank you!
Krydos Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 In order to get a fresh install of cPanel the first step is to delete your account at http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete and then create a new account at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ Let us know if you need help with anything.
