[Hh#18867] Spelling Error + Registration Problems

You're missing an "o" in "Heliohost" in the last step of configuration

wizard:

Also I think I accidentally created 2 accounts:

 

- cprn

- cy

 

II tried to copy your e-mail address from the footer and clicked the URL

instead, got redirected to Gmail and couldn't continue the configuration

process afterwards, neither I could redo everything with `cprn` as my

username (it was used already... because I've just used it). Please, remove

both so I could just redo everything. I don't want to break your ToS.

Thanks for noticing that typo. I have fixed it.

 

It looks like cprn never got fully created. It created your forum account, which is why you can't use the username cprn again, but it didn't actually submit the hosting account. I do see your cy account though, and it's ready to go. Since you only have one account you're fine on the ToS.

I'm terribly sorry for being a PITA but I got back to it just recently and messed up again. Can you, please, remove all my accounts associated with either:

• cyprian.guerra [at] gmail.com
• cyprian.guerra+heliohost [at] gmail.com

with logins:

• cprn
• cprn2

so that I could just redo the whole process from scratch without accidentally creating yet another account?

Those hosting accounts have already been deleted. Would you like your form account renamed so you can reuse the hosting username?

Yes, please. If you cannot remove them, changing usernames should be enough.

The forum account cprn had 0 posts so I just deleted it. The username cprn is available to create a new hosting account. Let us know once it's created and we can rename this forum account to match it.

Hi again. First of all, thank you very much for your help, it's really really appreciated. The amount of time you put into troubleshooting customer's issues is amazing, and I didn't even donate yet...

 

I couldn't use my e-mail address because it was still associated with this username (cprn2), so I had to change it in the profile settings first. As soon as I did, I could register and everything worked. However, since there was neither e-mail nor username conflict, new forums account got created (cprn). At this point I was going to just use that new account and abandon this one but you mentioned number of posts so I prefer to make sure while the new account still has 0 - which one should I be using?

You just have one forum account named cprn now.
