[Answered] Can't Login On Heliohost

I created my first account, and tracked it on the status page, until it said "there is no account associated with the email". And told me to create an account. I did it again.

 

The weird thing is that I can login here on the forums, but I cant login on the site! What is happening?

I see an account called artpt that was successfully created about 12 minutes after your post.

 

Your original account failed during creation because MySQL was down on Johnny. This is rather normal due to load...if you need reliable hosting, I recommend Tommy or Ricky...both servers are much more reliable than Johnny and much faster too. If you need the features, Tommy offers the same features as Johnny (except Rails).
