Today I've got a message that my account was suspended, because I should not login the last 30 days via C-panel.

Following the email the last login was on April, 8th, but I have login several times after April 8th via C-panel.

I have a reminder in my scheduler and I had to login on April, 15th, and I have login that day via C-Panel.

Also in April I have login several times via C-Panel e.g. to make 2 email address for a new web page and to look what PHP version was used.

I have the feeling that when I login via C-panel, the date is not logged, because since I have Moved my account from Stevie to Tommy in January.

I saw every month that my account was suspended , and I knew that I have login in that period.

Please can you check why this happened, and why my account was suspended while I have login several times in a month via C-panel.

I think the date will only be set when I reactivate my account.

I hope you can solve this problem, so when I login once in the 30 days my account will not be suspended anymore.

The suspend from today is solved, I follow the procedure to reactivate my acount and my site is working again.

Kind Regards,

Roelof Flokstra.

That's why...the ending of .html means it won't count. Only pages ending in .phpcp will count for inactivity tracking. The Heliohost.org login is supposed to count it before it reaches cPanel, but it apparently doesn't always work, you're not the first to mention this...

Use https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ and it will always count.
