I use this link: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/cpsess3997744062/frontend/paper_lantern/index.html This link appear also when I login on the homepage of Heliohost.org and after that I clicked op Continue to cPannel. I have the 'tommy' link under my favorates so I can direct connect to cPannel. In the past I did the same with Stevie and never get problems that my account was suspend. Heliohost username: rhflokst Server: Tommy Domain: floks013.heliohost.org Today I've got a message that my account was suspended, because I should not login the last 30 days via C-panel. Following the email the last login was on April, 8th, but I have login several times after April 8th via C-panel. I have a reminder in my scheduler and I had to login on April, 15th, and I have login that day via C-Panel. Also in April I have login several times via C-Panel e.g. to make 2 email address for a new web page and to look what PHP version was used. I have the feeling that when I login via C-panel, the date is not logged, because since I have Moved my account from Stevie to Tommy in January. I saw every month that my account was suspended , and I knew that I have login in that period. Please can you check why this happened, and why my account was suspended while I have login several times in a month via C-panel. I think the date will only be set when I reactivate my account. I hope you can solve this problem, so when I login once in the 30 days my account will not be suspended anymore. HelioHost username: floks013 the server your account is on: stevie HelioHost main domain floks013.heliohost.org My account was suspend because I was not logged in the last 30 days. I follow the renew link and type my username to reactivate my account. After this I try to login via cPanel. This failed because I hat two times a wrong Password. I did this from the PC from my work. After I came home I tried again to login with and type good password, but also I get no access. I have tried to reset my password an get an error that my account is stil suspend. I have tried a second time to renew my account and then the site told my they cann't find my account.to renew it. My website is stil suspend when an user visit the site.
