AFHeaton Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 Please remove my account from Stevie, so that I can recreate it on another server. Account name: afheatonDomain in use: afheaton.heliohost.org Many thanks,A F Heaton.
AFHeaton Posted January 10, 2017 Author Posted January 10, 2017 Thanks again. Why was my log-in name changed? Can it be changed back at some future date?
wolstech Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 You can't reuse your hosting username if a hosting or forum account with the name already exists. Once you sign up again, we can change it back.
AFHeaton Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 I have managed to secure an account on Tommy and I requested my original domain that was deleted from Stevie, afheaton.heliohost.org. After a message that the account has been created, the process led to the appended error screen. I pressed Try Again and went through the account creation process again, with the same result. I have been round the loop four times, without any resolution. Please help. A F Heaton.

AFHeaton Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 I can now log in and I see that AFHeaton2 has now been renamed back to AFHeaton. Thanks yet again,A F Heaton.
AFHeaton Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 After everything was configured satisfactorily, I have since received the attached e-mail.This specifies a change of member name back to AFHeaton2, which I do not want, though it appears not to have been a change, but a new account with some of the same details as AFHeaton, including password and some other profile data, though not the topics and posts, which remain attached to AFHeaton. I can log into both accounts, but AFHeaton is correct with all my information and AFHeaton2 is spurious and unnecessary, so it can be deleted, provided this won't affect the primary account AFHeaton. Thanks,A F Heaton.
AFHeaton Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 Thanks for the umpteenth time,A F Heaton.
