Can't Completely Change Password

Hi!
I was fisrt change my domain to bimusoft.tk, wait 2 days and try log in, but give error "Invalid login"
After some times change password, open email, click to link, write new password and give error (CODE 500).
Now I can't login in my account
Name: mihail2
Domain (new): bimusoft.tk
Domain (old): bimusoft.heliohost.org
Server: Johnny

 

Please help me login

mirandat has it. You can't change a password on a server that isn't working.
