Lately they're filling for the whole day in under 2 minutes...

Filled in 2 or 3 seconds I am constantly renewing, RESULT: Server Selection Based on your selections I recommend you start on the Tommy server, but it is currently full. You will need to wait 23 hours and 59 minutes for signups to reopen. This is the last 2 days (UTC 24) How fast should I be

When we start allowing a meaningful number of accounts a day, it'll be a little easier for someone waiting at midnight to get one. Right now you're one of 1000+ competing for what appears to be 5 accounts (!!!) based on what I see being created each day (I personally think this is too low even for a new server...). You statistically have a better chance of winning many lottery scratch-off tickets

Tried several times on https://www.heliohost.org/reset/ for changing pw. Not solved (error: Uh oh, there was an error changing your password. The admins have already...). I do not know what my pw is and not able to change it. Please, advice, I need to login asap. Thanks! Also tried https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass, but for some reason as a hint for Contact Email Address is really something strange (not a proper hint if it is supposed to be?), but more important it does not accept my email address as above https://www.heliohost.org/reset/ accepts it and sends a link to my email for resetting pw. Please, advice !

(user: ircddl2) There are no plans to recover data or offer backups from Johnny (and we're not sure if anything would recover successfully anyway, we believe the failure is the hard disk just like Stevie).

That was the old Johnny. That's long gone. The New Johnny also crashed and this time around backups are not being offered.
