I have just read---I cannot find a backup for coleman9 and rlcoleman1@gmail.com. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can manually create a backup for you.

 

Would you be able to create a backup for me? The info is on Stevie which has failed. The Stevie account was coleman9 and email address associated with that account is rlcoleman1@gmail.com. I am going to have to migrate to Tommy or Johnny, I guess.

That's not the email address you used for that account. We have an address that looks like rlc*****@*****x.com.
