Softaculous Backupfile On Stevie

Hi,

 

 

Username=Stamp

Server=Stevie

 

I received the backup-file of my public_html directory. Thanks for that!

 

Outside the public_html directory I also have my weekly softaculous-backup file (containing all database data...).

Can that file be retrieved aswell? It's only one file. Would solve al my worries

The softaculous backup file appeared to be partially broken but the database-content could be recovered Thanks!

 

I'm currently only missing the /home1/stamp/public_html/log/wp-content/uploads/2016 directory. Is that directory maybe still recoverable from Stevie?.
