It seems now that there's a litte more trouble following this post... I'm now getting the message that my account is suspended AND when I press the button 'Renew account' and enter my cPanel user I get the message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." The account itself (at Stevie) is not even a month old and I last logged in about half an hour ago so I guess some misunderstanding is causing this? Could you please help me out?
