[Solved] Account Queued / Sign Up

I have been trying to create a new account since the old Stevie account was lost due to recent events.

When I go to sign up, I get the page telling me that my account was created" and my domain is ready to go.

This is followed by a USR/PWD login but no password works and resetting it gives the same results.

I seem to be going in circles so I am wondering if I am going about it the wrong way?

 

My old Stevie account username was sroberts and the URL thrushings.heliohost.org.

I am trying to set up the same (thrushings.heliohost.org) but on Johnny.

 

Any help or advice?
