I have been trying to create a new account since the old Stevie account was lost due to recent events. When I go to sign up, I get the page telling me that my account was created" and my domain is ready to go. This is followed by a USR/PWD login but no password works and resetting it gives the same results. I seem to be going in circles so I am wondering if I am going about it the wrong way? My old Stevie account username was sroberts and the URL thrushings.heliohost.org. I am trying to set up the same (thrushings.heliohost.org) but on Johnny. Any help or advice? Thanks.

@wolstech While I rarely use FTP on the site, I recently was trying out a plug-in to automatically back-up a database to Dropbox (UpDraftPlus). I have disabled it for now, but I wonder if that could be the cause? I have never run into this problem before this. @Byron Thanks for the clarification. I sort of figured that is what it meant, but I don't get a lot of traffic because the site is just a personal learning project. I'm not out advertising, so I thought 33 connections was somehow off. Thanks again for everyone's help.

I have not been able to connect to my site not to the cPanel within the past few days. I always get a timeout message and after reading some of the forum post, I was wondering if I had been bocked (firewall). URL: thrushings.heliohost.org USR: sroberts Any help or direction is appreciated. Robert
